Delivery/Collection

All orders placed are shipped the same day when ordered by 3:30pm (Monday-Friday)

FREE STANDARD SHIPPING ON ALL ORDERS

Number plates are usually shipped using Evri and take an estimated 2 days to arrive. (Unless you choose next day shipping at checkout, then we use Royal Mail Tracked 24 and in theory it will be with you the next day, although it's not 100% guaranteed).

Smaller items such as 3D or 4D letters without number plates are shipped using Royal Mail 1st Class postage, this is usually a 1 day service, but is not guaranteed as it can take longer in the post. 

 

COLLECTION

Collection is possible, but needs to be arranged in advance. Please contact us on Instagram @chesterplatesdotcom to arrange collection before placing your order. Collection is made in Boughton, Chester and is usually at 1pm Monday to Friday.
